As simple to use as an ATM card, the Downs Energy CFN fuel card is your pass to fast, convenient fueling. Simply pull up to the desired fuel island, swipe your card at the island card reader terminal, enter a unique PIN # and begin fueling. It’s that Easy. |

WHERE CAN I USE MY CARD? |

Downs Energy is a member of the Commercial Fueling Network (CFN™). There are more than 3,000 CFN fueling locations throughout the U.S. and Canada. CFN is the largest cardlock fueling network in the country and is expanding its network everyday. For specific CFN locations, please visit our website at www.downsenergy.com. |

HOW AM I BILLED? |

Downs Energy will electronically capture all transaction activity and directly bill your account each month. Choose to pay your account either by cash, check, CHAX,credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or electronic funds transfer (EFT). |

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE AN INVOICE? |
 |

Downs Energy will generate a Fuel Management Report (FMR) itemizing each fuel purchase for the billing period. Your FMR will be provided once or twice per month, based on account usage. (Purchases in excess of $500 on or before the 15th of each month will generate a FMR twice monthly.) |

Downs Energy customers will pay a price that is an average of the local area retail price, and in many cases, less. |

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY CARDS? |

All card orders will be processed within 72 hours, but in most cases cards are ready the next business day. |
